In case you haven’t heard there are NINE states mandated to participate in the Value Based Purchasing Model program including: Arizona, Florida, Iowa, Massachusetts, Maryland, North Carolina, Nebraska, Tennessee and Washington. If your agency is in one of these states you MUST register a point of contact person with the Enterprise Identity Management (EIDM) system.
