Managing Hospice Inpatient Units

With the needed change in GIP utilization, hospice agencies are struggling to keep Inpatient Unit (or Hospice House) beds full.  More are offering residential care (routine home care level of care in a hospice house or inpatient unit) and finding it difficult to meet all the regulations for these patients who typically have a longer length of stay than patients receiving inpatient care.  Katie Wehri of Healthcare Provider Solutions delivers valuable education on this.
