Craig & Nick then review their approach to improving the "office" side of running a Healthcare organization, and really do a great job pulling out one main point:  It is about three main things:  People, Process, and Technology. 

Then we (kind of) argue about which of those three are most important to really improving an organization.

We also have a quick hit on the new Prior Authorization ruling from CMS.
