In healthcare, especially Hospice, dealing with death and dying is a part of the job. Yet Social Workers are left to explain what the hospital or physician did not - that hospice has been called because there is nothing else that can be done for the patient. These are difficult conversations to have with both the patient and their family. Just because Social Workers are used to having these conversations, that does not mean it is easy. This webinar will teach you some techniques to discuss the delicate subject of death and dying.
